These terms apply when you buy The Piriformis Problem from this site. [Have these checked before launch.]

What you are buying

You are buying a personal licence to read the ebook in PDF and EPUB formats. You can keep copies on any devices you own and print it for your own use. Please don't share the files, upload them anywhere, or resell them.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the site before you buy. Payment is processed by Payhip, which adds any VAT due based on where you live. Your download link is emailed to you as soon as payment is complete.

Refunds

If the book isn't useful to you, email hello@[your-domain] within 30 days of buying and I will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Your legal rights

Because the book is digital content that you can download straight away, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to this at checkout. The 30-day refund above is offered in addition to that and doesn't affect your other legal rights. If a file is faulty or won't open, tell me and I will fix or replace it, or refund you.

Updates

When I publish an updated edition, people who have bought the book can download it at no extra cost.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
